We, Shareholders are the owners, they do not as yet control plus 50%, the requirement for a take over. You are not wrong though about a spectacular buy out to recover my losses, I have followed DH from an other company that had amazing potential but he did not seem to have the skills nor know how to pull it off, to carry it onward into production, so who knows, AD and SL may be a blessing in disguise, but then pigs can fly too, so I am holding my breath, but not for too long
