Possibly it could be IG has a particular religious persuasion that people on the ground and in Cairo dislike , just when things turnaround they ensure he doesn't succeed. Also possible our future JV partner may take this project in the end alongside with the govt discarding GIP. To think a 7 mill capex option was possible 3 years ago hmm...
