Shareholders generally weren't given that opportunity- to wait and see how it goes before committing!
Just shows true colours, and I'm consistently amazed at the inaction of the BOD to get anything done that actual gives a benefit to shareholders rather than the BOD's own pockets, and each CR over recent years has obviously been raised to pay the BOD's lifestyle.
I have a rather large shareholding in this, and wish I didn't, but that was my risk and I'm stuck with it.
Just wish the BOD would assist the shareholders in a way that rewards us for investing, by striving to achieve the results they keep talking about, but not doing. Dividends were mooted at last year? Unlikely in 5 years.
