RESPONSE TO PREVIOUS REQUESTS ABOUT THE ROLE OF THE CGB REP
The role of the CGB company rep on this platform is to report in a responsible and appropriate manner as the duly appointed Board appointed/HC administration approved, media spokesperson to speak on behalf of the Board and Senior management of Cann Global Limited.
The role of the CGB rep has been developing throughout 2018 and 2019. HC, as seen in Point #2 below, is continually refining the role of the Company rep in its system upgrades and improvements.
CHANGING OF THE ROLE
My role changed in 2019, as I was officially appointed 'Media and Shareholder Director' for the company. Many were disappointed that I was not able to continue to speak as Neil1959. The company decided, in discussions with HC to formalize the role and response language used by the CGBrep.
The name on HC changed from Neil1959 to CGBrep to more accurately reflect the new position and responsibility. The post content, as you have seen, has also evolved from conversational, in 2018, to a more 'corporate-type' response in 2019.

- Company representatives can apply to be authenticated by HotCopper as described below.
- Once you are authenticated we will add a logo and label against your username to identify you as an authorised representative of your company. The exact way this is displayed may change as we refine the system. The label will include the company name and your position in the company
- You can continue to read and post on HotCopper as you always have, but now when you comment on your company, other members will know that you are an "official" source.
Posts you see from the CGB rep are approved/checked/authorised by Senior management, or if necessary, discussed with HC administration.
The method of reporting "officially" in 2019, has become more formalized. The posts that we place in here are part of our total Media Communications policy which may include, but not limited/restricted to, ASX announcements; Q & A's, authorised media reports from FB/Twitter (not required as ASX ann).
Please be aware, that for the past 18 months, the company has endeavoured to remain respectful to forum members and does not respond to potential trolling or baiting of the company or its rep. We use the Report button or collect data if required for follow up. We do respectfully remind members to be aware of your responsibility when you comment on a public platform
in relation to our company, to be mindful of HC TOU's.
The company is happy to continue providing this service as an ongoing service to this forum. We report information when it becomes available.
Regarding the RelistingThe company, as stated in communications to the market throughout July, has completed and submitted its paperwork to the ASX. We are sorry that we cannot provide daily or weekly reports of the final discussions/processes. We do sincerely acknowledge the frustration caused in the final wait to relisting.
The company respects the ASX process and we manage the "reporting to market" procedures as followed by many publicly listed companies in these final stages to relisting. i.e. the company is getting on and attending to its responsibilities to ensure that all the final processes and administrative duties required by the ASX are completed successfully and then we update the market.
We, of course, are required to provide best assessment Indicative Dates, but we do not have total control over the approval time clock for this when dealing with 3rd parties.
PLEASE NOTE: CGB is working in cooperation with the ASX, and we remain diligent to ensure that any inquiry tasked to by the regulator to the company is dealt with by immediacy, and in an appropriate and timely fashion, in order to complete the process so as to return to the Re-quotation of Securities on the ASX platform as soon as possible.
We will update the market when authorised by the ASX on the relisting date. Quarterly/s included.
