If the price does drop on relisting and they don't stump up the cash imo it shows that not only are they not confident in the fundamentals of the business going forward they are really only interested in their own profits.
I don't think the quarterlies will be anything spectacular, sure revenue may have increased but with all the outgoings getting this off the ground its still going to be running at a loss in the foreseeable future.
I really hope I'm proven wrong though.....
