Appointment of Voluntary Administrators
Optima Technology Group Limited (ASX: OPA) and its subsidiary Optima Technology Group
(Operations) Pty Ltd have entered Voluntary Administration.

Optima is a software technology company that specialises in providing utility and energy reporting solutions for
private and public corporations globally, to support a faster transition to net zero.
The appointment covers the following entities:
• Optima Technology Group Ltd ACN 131 445 335
• Optima Technology Group (Operations) Pty Ltd ACN 158 837 097
The UK and US subsidiaries are not captured by the appointment of the Administrators.
The business will continue to trade while the Administrators undertake an urgent assessment of the financial
position and determine the future of the business and its assets.
Optima has previously announced to the market that interested parties were undertaking due diligence with respect
to Optima’s Australian operations. Where possible and appropriate, the Administrators will look to leverage these
existing processes to recapitalise or restructure the business as quickly as possible.
