Shareholders never win by a company going into administration. Just look at what happened over at OPA which was far larger than SIS a couple of years ago.
Of course Intellihub or Origin (or anyone else) could make a bid for SIS at anytime. Both companies probably have enough in just the petty cash jar to take out SIS if they wanted.
