I (Daniel) was only ever on the board to see SIS through the Covid storm and help patch some of the many holes in the hull. While SIS still has plenty of risk, things are looking a lot more promising with the company focusing on the UK and European market while Australia grows via the reseller agreements with Origin and Intellihub.

My major focus at SIS was helping get costs down and deals closed. Darryl and I remaining on the board just adds an extra $110K of costs that SIS doesn't need at this time.

Steve is an excellent NED appointment and he has been instrumental in filling the UK pipeline via his contacts in the UK mid-sized manufacturing industry. The demand is there and SIS's products are good, what is needed at this time is closing deals and that needs senior people on the ground in the UK.
