Board Changes and General Meeting Cancellation Birimian Limited (ASX:BGS) (Company) advises that Mr Winton Willesee and Mr Hugh Bresser have retired from the board and Mr Michael Langford and Mr James McKay have been appointed as directors of the Company.
During the retiring directors’ tenure, the Company has transformed its gold assets to near term potential cash flow and seen the acquisition and rapid development of its world class lithium assets. The Company thanks Messrs. Willesee and Bresser for their outstanding contributions during this highly successful and transformational period for the Company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
On the basis of these board changes, the Company advises that resolutions contained in a notice to call a general meeting to consider various resolutions relating to the removal and appointment of directors are no longer necessary. Accordingly, the Company advises that the general meeting scheduled for 11.00am (WST) today has been cancelled.
