interesting, this new director entered T20 in the last 6 months with 8M shares. what qualifications does he/she have to hold this position?
more interesting is why Zhong suddenly resigned? i am guessing this new director is holding the position on a temporary basis until a new CEO is found. I am assuming CNI22 wants people on the Board if they are to invest a large amount.
