So CFE is going to issue 20m shares to Donnelly as a sign on bonus and then a further 120m shares (in total) if he can successfully pump the SP to 20c in 12 months...
The same Terry Donnelly that tried to put together an apparently bogus deal with the Somali government for the exclusive mineral and oil rights for the Puntland region (https://www.theage.com.au/business/somali-government-weighs-in-on-mining-deal-20051017-ge12ba.html) which the Somali government then had to alert the ASX to the invalidity of the 'deal'.
Which company was involved in the Somali deal you ask?? Range Resources Ltd (i.e Pete Landau's company).
Looks like another fox has been let into the hen house!
