There obviously some tactical moves at play here by the current board to try to shore up their position.
1. Brendan de Kauwe replaced as Chairman, and
2. Bringing onto the board Benjamin Karaski, one of the largest shareholders in the company, to tie up his vote.

It is a pity if this strategy works as I feel the proposed directors have a lot to offer ESE.
In the meantime we have to sweat it out until 29 March which will no doubt play out in a lower SP until the uncertainty it brings is settled.

On the other hand it is a good buying opportunity if anyone has the cash. GLTAH
