He isn't happy with the couple of board resignations who are not going to be replaced, but wants the entire board gone and rejuvenated with new heads. A good idea I think but how and who can achieve this? Further: It is published that: Premier received a total of $68.7 million in wage subsidies across the seven countries in which it operates. A total of $35.5 million was passed through to employees who were unable to work, leaving the remaining $33.2 million as a direct fillip to the business. How can a company take jobkeeper and not give it to the employees on behalf of whom it was applied for? I suppose it is kept in trust so to speak to be spent on employees salaries into the future until it runs out?
