Prince I agree with you, but the thing I'm scared about is this scenario: S.L. takes control of the company in the next agm via a majority vote for directorship. he then proceeds to put MYER into voluntary administration even though MYER is solvent and he does this all so that Premier can buy MYER out of administration on the cheap. is this possible?! I'm very worrried about this because aparantly directors have the discretion to place companies into voluntary administration at will.
