Great to see Ovanti continuing to streamline and sharpen its focus on the US BNPL rollout. Greg stepping down likely signals that his part in shaping the plan and identifying the right CEO is complete. He played a key role in building the roadmap, and now with that foundation laid, the next phase is ready to begin.
The company made it clear the CEO search is in its final stages. If Greg’s stepping back now, you’d have to think the appointment is imminent. Could be days away.
All signs point to execution mode. The pieces are falling into place.
