Been watching, waiting for the elusive sustained break of .21 for some weeks now.

The break appeared plausible in earlier trade. My order was ready. When it faded I only kept a lazy eye on it. Then when I realised I could pick up 100,000 at .195, I thought, why the heck not. So I jumped in.

The market hasn't quite got that the withdrawal of the Section 203D notice is voided by the board changes both parties have obviously agreed to.

This removes uncertainty, settles a conflict and enables the company to refocus on it's core business.

This may take a few days for the market to digest.
