Yes good call. I also think this is great news for 1page. A lot have been writing about the cash shell of 1page. I think they are greatly underestimating the potential growth and also the work done to get 1page in the position it is at the moment. The current share price is not true representation of the value offered. Merchant funds have shaken the cage and in my opinion have liked what they found. The section 203D created an uncertain future, while the recent mutual agreement means they can concentrate on the work at hand and grow the business, grow the cash balance and more importantly from shareholders point of view get the share price back on track.

They've shaked the cage and like the sound of plenty of cash and a value (albeit small in their eyes) for the 1pg business.
