I agree it is a positive change because I hold CM8 as well……lol, but in all seriousness, I think the requirement for shareholder approval for Dom to keep investing in the company is also a very strong reason for him to step down…..maybe he, like Hishenk wants to keep scooping up the cheap shares, but it is also most likely because he is based in Europe, and feels he has bigger things to keep focussed on.

This is obviously a business model he is passionate about to get it to this stage, but probably also considers that the ball is rolling, and he is not needed to carry out the remaining steps.

As a SSH he will know doubt keep contributing to the business in discussions with management, but can accumulate, participate in placements etc, whilst only having to notify movements over the prescribed %.
