Well I read today zhenya says he will be fighting the charges.......good luck with that because as I mentioned yesterday the US Government don't bring charges unless they have a near water tight case, I would like to see a plan by dcc as to what they are going to do with his shareholding, I don't see how his large holding cannot be an ongoing negative on the stock for the foreseeable future.
