So lets get the facts.

These events started before DCC and are not related?
Company has moved to ratify the situation from a governance point of view?
Other partnership are still on the cards?
The viability of the platform is not materially impacted or ha implied impacts?

Seems without the above hard to gauge effects and impacts moving forward. If I had an investment in a local business and a partner was charged for something they had done in a previous business it wouldn't necessarily impact the current business unless related transactions somehow. I know there is always a stigma effect but more so if related.

Not sure that it should impact on DCC unless there were moves to go is similar directions with current platform?

Wait and see what comes in the wash I think is best idea currently.
