As noted on the IMU thread perhaps there is a potential commercial deal afoot regarding Car T as endorsed by GMT2 and Wedgeman on that thread and LC has resigned owing to perceived conflict? While that could be ring fenced perhaps LC has done all she needs to in relation to Chimeric and with something in the wind between it and IMU it’s time to move on. As noted it makes sense for the 2 PH enterprises to be linked in some way!!
