Think the market is asleep at the wheel here:
- Sandfire Appointee resigned from the Adriatic board, fueling rumours of a potential future takeover bid.
- Adriatic founders join Taruga board as NEDs (the next 'thing'?)
- Both Directors hold significant shareholdings (effectively 5% between them). I can't see them getting this heavily involved in TAR without their belief in huge upside on the project.
- TAR only has $2m cash at hand but I would not be surprised to see a rights issue underwritten by these two or a placement to sophs backed by them.
- Historical drill holes are all around the grab samples but nothing in the central 'channels' (caveat: I'm no geologist).
