Mate, Faldi is MD of Otsana capital and sits on several boards on a temporary basis while they get their teams in order. He was also non executive director at TV2, meaning he wasn't working in the business on a daily basis. Makes way more sense to have TV2's CFO, who actually works in the business, take his place.
