ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
BOARD APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION
NuPower Resources Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Sam
Herszberg as a Non Executive Director of the company.
Mr Herszberg is actively involved as a property investor with significant interests in
retail, residential and industrial real estate, both in Australia and overseas and has
business interests in the medical and other diversified industry sectors.
NuPower Resources Limited Chairman, Mr. Robert Owen welcomes Mr. Herszberg
to the Board saying his appointment brings fresh commercial experience to the
company.
NuPower also wishes to advise that Mr. John Jackson has resigned his position as a
Non Executive Director of NuPower Resources Limited as from 8 August 2012.
Mr. Jackson advised the Board that he was resigning his position to enable him to
focus on his executive roles external to NuPower Resources Limited.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Jackson for his contribution to the over the last
several years and wish him well for his future activities.
