Every stock that is not at the minimum 2c level needs to mention a potential for a consolidation
GAL had to do this initially too but has since managed to rise
OZB hasn't CLEARLY stated a consolidation, as they have not set a ratio all they have done is mention it in a general way
It all comes down to what they want to do with this
