SK is being retained as an adviser and the new Chairman is non-executive.
So who is going to do the work? probably SK as an adviser. He just won't have to disclose how much he gets as he is no longer a director or employee of the company so avoids key management person disclosures also.
Probably not appropriate or good corporate governance for SK to represent the company in court without lawyers the day before resigning as managing director I would have thought.
