I think its fair. The overseas expansion in DCB was the wasted cash. Only the local telcos changed the rules on DCB which in turn proved a lot of the subscriptions where unwanted from accidental signups on unaware customers bills.
Overseas expansion was a massive oversight.
I changed to a hold to keep some happy. I had a buy going on revenue and profit vs market cap.
