I agree on every point Joe, but would like to add one more thing. From my own experience I know sitting in a position of power for too long you just loose some of the enthusiasm and drive after 5 years. After 10 years there really isn't much left at all. New eyes see opportunities that old ones learnt to overlook while the bigger issues were taken care of. At some point what was an exciting challenge becomes another irritating problem to try to get rid of. It becomes an act of defense rather than attack.
I have no plans to sell, I'll just bob along on the current unless it's obvious I need to move on.
