Yes exactly right. I worked in a business that was large and they actively moved you onto something else or if you no longer fitted the organisation they moved you out. I think it was around 8 years. I know with each year of success I was more cautious as I had more to lose. Great point.
I think we are both doing the same thing with PGC. Just sit and wait to see the direction.
It's interesting that out of the start at PGC I see OVH is tracking at the same or similar price and to those we should add NHL (MS now chairman) and SEQ. We have done relatively well out of this stable.
