    I dare say the disaster predated Malone here...

    The independent directors must have been against this plan - got outvoted by 3 amigos - hence resignations... to change plan so close after capital raising will kill credibility.

    Last capital raising was a disaster - can't imagine they'll get another one over the line on the ASX...
