it is difficult to operate in countries where commerce is not the prime thing.
Officials are unfamiliar with what to us are ordinary commercial situations, they are hesitant in case a mistake is made, if they get the sack from making a mistake, they do not have alternative employment to go to. Excessive care and unexpected delay results.
We ARE getting there, We are on the cusp, The rewards will be worth the wait
