My suspicion from my armchair and without any special knowledge: I suspect the rollout of the 100 storefronts is taking time to build revenue and is not producing the results that were expected. I suspect the other directors and co founder lost confidence. Mr Zhang had to use his control of the company through his voting power to insist on sticking with the original plan. I suspect the financial results for this year will be very disappointing.
