    You can still chart penny stocks but @Mundo122 is not doing it right.

    Needs significant bullish volume (demand) to absorb overhang supply. There was none. Weak demand just meets strong supply. This will continue to happen until the imbalance tips towards demand.

    Doesn't help that the post IPO pump (then dump) has made a lot of bagholders who are looking to get out.
