Hi Count, what exactly has JB done any different here that he hasn't done with every other venture he has been involved with. Bearing in mind the current and past board members and current investors would have been privy to all of the business dealings that he was involved/part of.
Are you suggesting he has done something Illegal ???
When you invest in a penny stocks with projects that seem to good (any junior stock regardless of project) to be good one of the basic fundamentals is management which should have been enough to ward investors off.
