Acuity's CPA was terminated as per the last 4C announcement, so I don't see them as being behind any manipulation downwards for that reason.

During the quarter, the Company raised A$4,327,000 from the Controlled Placement Agreement (CPA) with
Acuity Capital. Another tranche raised a further A$2,200,000 on 21 April 2020. The CPA was terminated the
same day. The Company does not see the need for any further capital raise in the immediate future."
