I agree.
For those NEEDING an announcement to come out at a specific time it only highlights the fact that these guys are day traders hoping to jump in and out for pip or 2.
When a new director joins the board he will obviously need time to familiarize himself with what is going on and what is about to happen. It is incumbent on directors to do this to ensure they are not in breach of the corporations act or listing rules.
Any way Im happy to sit and wait for HCT to be another zno currently trading at $3-19c
