Interesting.
I guess with the business now operating on sound business principals and sector appropriate margins with a strong balance sheet Phils job is done for which we owe him a vote of thanks.
With money in the bank and an appetite to expand the business base one way or another then corporate transactions could be in the wind and we need a different skill set at board level..
It will be interesting to see how our new director exercises his skills in the Capital Markets and Transformational Corporate Transactions.
