Yes fox in henhouse - will be interesting what he sees that wasn't obvious from the outside looking in.
Just not sure how his input can increase sales which is ultimately the way forwards to reduce unit cost .

In regards to positive financial results only 3 ways off the top of my head
Reduce manufacturing costs - increase scale.
Reduce wages / management expense
Sell more , license more,.

Not a easy task as business still needs scale to give any decent returns and not be a hobby paying wages and junkets.

Any other thoughts ?
