After reading about the death throws of a BoD that can see the writing on the wall, I just went online to see if I could change my EGM vote for all 4 resolutions from a "Yes" to a "Hell Yes". Unfortunately, the option was not there.
Oh well. 1 week to go. I more Board member to eject. Perhaps 2 now. And some recent historical activity to investigate very closely.
