Essentially bought themselves at least 7 more weeks for whoever is pulling the strings.
This new chairman has essentially got control for nothing, forget a premium. They are a duplicitous mob.
After next week, directors will be 2 all, with the Chairman having the casting vote. We may need to go around again or wait for the AGM for the casual vacancy positions to come up for a vote.
At least we can see the circles this group move in and the lengths they will go to, without regard to real investors wishes. Need to line up a few colleagues to get to the AGM if this crap continues.
