If the EGM results in a majority "yes" to all 4 resolutions (assuming the removal of Lai resolution is not withdrawn), then Digby will be gone, only leaving the new chairman. And of course the two newly elected directors. If the chairman is a trojan horse for the former directors' agenda/interests, then he is still outnumbered 2 to 1. Is this correct? Have I missed a director?
IIRC, we had one that resigned in August last year and unreplaced (Bragg?). Gazza went a few weeks ago and was unreplaced. Lai went yesterday and replaced by the 'trojan'. And Digby awaiting the formal verdict of the shareholders. Only 2 directors at the moment....right?
