Agree, they know the numbers (and it's not good for them).
If she get's away with delaying the meeting tomorrow, I if I was a shareholder would contact the ASX right away.
She might have legal advice to say so can do this but, the ASX has oversight rules for BS like this.
If they ask her for the vote numbers and it looks like she's trying to go against the "spirit" of the 249D.
IMO, the ASX will step in and unleash it's wrath.
