I can't speak to Brad's professionalism, but based on his background the decision to put him into the MD role, to me this continues to reflect the board belief that they can make a mine from Sandstone with the resources they have already defined. Rick was an explorer, Brad is not, and if we were talking about re-starting a mine Brad would be a good choice, but not with the results of the feasibility study at this time. MDI is an exploration company, Brad is not an explorer, and I think we will see the potential of Barkley and Sandstone squandered as a result.
