In your book one of the ‘decent ones’ continually misled the market about MDIs capacity to transition into a producer through ASX announcements and media interviews (one of which was forcibly retracted - remember the AFR stunt..?). He also sold their stake in AME at a massive loss to his mates in WGX, before disappearing when it wasn’t fun anymore.

I’d hate to see what real malfeasance looks like by your standards.

Go back 18-months, read the announcements and watch the interviews, and then tell me he hasn’t misled retail shareholders. His mates Copulos and WGX were taken care of, while the average-Joe was left holding the bag.
