CB2020 the MD is there to manage the company under the direction of the BOD. The BOD decide on the direction, the buys, the sells and the timing. The MD then has to manage the company around the direction and those parameters he is set. From what I was told well before the FS Rick had been hamstrung, he had wanted to drill out for more oz but the BOD wanted to and believed they could go into production with what they had.
Now they will appoint a puppet and SH will continue to live with the same BOD that now has a policy of “wait for $3000/oz” and we will be profitable.
