The only information I can find about Battery Metals Capital Group LLC, is regarding an investment in another ASX listed company,
Very similar deal to WKT, where they were issued shares (fee) for providing X million of funds to the company, that were later to be to be converted into shares at the choice of the Investor.

Around 6-8 months later the ASX listed company mutually agreed to cancel the agreement with Battery Metals Capital Group LLC where the company then raised $X mil at a similar SP to the original agreement.

It seems pretty odd that Battery Metals Capital Group LLC didn't convert their loan into shares.

I wonder if WKT will see a similar fate.
