Hi FDS,

BMCG provide equity facilities similar to Negma Group and Acuity Capital. Sayona (SYA) took out a facility with them last year and it hasn't been very popular with their shareholders.

WKT has negotiated slightly better terms than SYA but this is far from a good deal for WKT holders. I suspect WKT will leverage this facility to secure the CRDB Bank debt funding but will draw down the minimum amount possible due to the dilutive nature of these types of facilities.
