Sanofi is a big deal - to interest them it would have to be worth their time and trouble.

The Oromist thing seems to work - with the right medication - a fraction of the time to work compared to pills and it needs a fraction of the Medication - that seems like a winner if they plug in the right medicine.

Why would Sanofi bother with a piss ant outfit unless it was in their interest to supercharge something in their pipeline?
