    I see no issues with the appointment, if BHP can have someone like Xiaoqun Clever on the board, someone like John Markovic with a Law/Commerce degree shouldn't be an issue, it's a non exec board member not the chair.

    Jihad Maleeb doesnt have the background / experience in mining either, but don't let that shoot down your narrative mustangrider
