Being a "Substantial Shareholder" & a Director hasn't worked well with other companies:
~ PF1 - Sufian Amhad, Substantial holder, director, lack of an experienced board, recent resignations further diminished the experience / required skill sets, the gold acquisition in Argentina after being re-listed is now only on minimum expenditure to maintain the tenements in good standing, funds from the IPO exhausted, extended "voluntary suspension" as the company has been delayed with the "proposed new acquisition", need to raise more funds, has to go through the requirements of Chapters 1 & 2 of the ASX listing rules (again) and also remember it was "choco" that highlighted how good the King Tut project was going to be.
~ anyone that is surprised with Markovic being appointed missed all the clues in his post:
